Speaker for women's organizations, employee groups, and workforce programs
Joy Roberson speaks to accomplished women who have done what they were supposed to do and privately know something no longer fits. Practical, honest, and built around real decisions, not slogans.
45-minute keynote with Q&A. The story of leaving a stable government career, what I wish I had figured out first, and the questions that separate a leap from a plan. Audiences leave with a clearer picture of their own decision.
60 to 90 minutes, hands-on, virtual or in person. Participants write, share in pairs, and leave with one dated next step. Built around four questions: What do I want? What am I good at? What is stopping me? Who am I beyond my title?
A four-session series for organizations that want ongoing support for members in transition. Available by request.
Every session ends with a picture: a day in your life a year from now, written in your own words. Audiences leave able to see a different path and describe what their life looks like on it, so the next step feels possible.
